A LITTLE ON ME... 

Brazilian born, I dedicated my life to sports training as a Junior tennis player and later as an NCAA scholar athlete. After flirting with a "normal" office life for 2 years in London, and getting seriously depressed, anxious, fat and with severe lower back pain, I went back to my essence which is training and coaching others. 

I created the PHIIT Method in 2015 inspired by my conditioning and training in tennis which involved HIIT, Strength and lots of Pilates. My approach with clients is to push them like athletes, focusing on form and technique with Pilates at the root and essence of every movement.

My mantra: "Life is too short to count your calories. Exercise regularly because it does amazing things to your mind, eat chocolate, drink wine, and don't take yourself too seriously"

At PHIIT we believe in empowering women before & after birth. We offer small group training sessions 3 x per week for new mums with babies. We use our method of fusing MOTR Pilates, TRX, Weight Training and Cardio getting mums strong and confident post partum.
